The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) measures the language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is used as a language of communication. It uses a nine-band scale to clearly identify levels of proficiency, from non-user (Band score 1) through to expert (Band score 9). Till now, IELTS is widely recognized by most English-speaking countries compared to other English Language tests whether you are planning to study, work, or migrate!

Test format

In IELTS, there are four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. There are mainly two types of  IELTS Test: Academic and General Training (GT). The Speaking and Listening modules are the same in both Tests, but the Reading and Writing modules are different.

 Academic module:

Choose this test if you wish to study at undergraduate or postgraduate levels, or if you are seeking professional registration, e.g., BBA, MBA, Doctor, or Nurse. 

General Training module:

Choose this test if you wish to migrate to an English-speaking country, (e.g., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK) or if you wish to train or study at a below-degree level.
