Anup holds a Master’s in Management from the National University of Bangladesh, a journey he pursued while many aspired to study abroad. With unwavering dedication, he spent eight months mastering the English language, achieving an impressive 7.0 overall IELTS score. This milestone paved the way for him to fly to Sydney, Australia, where he completed an Advanced Diploma in Community Welfare (Social Welfare).

Anup’s academic journey continued back home at IBA, Dhaka University, where he earned a professional degree in Advanced Certificate for Management Professionals (ACMP 4.0). During his tenure at a US-based multinational company, he further enhanced his skill set by completing 40 hours of training in Project Management Professionals (PMP), showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

After spending seven years abroad, Anup returned to Bangladesh and embarked on the next chapter of his professional journey. In 2014, he joined a US-based multinational company as an Executive, quickly rising through the ranks to become the Business Support Manager.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to chase his dreams, Anup made a bold decision in 2021 to resign from his corporate role and step into the world of entrepreneurship. This marked the beginning of a new and exciting chapter, fueled by his passion, vision, and determination to make an impact.

As the Founder of STS Institute, Anup has spent the last six years transforming lives through education. Under his guidance, over 1,500 students have honed their English language and IT skills, unlocking their potential and achieving their dream scores. His unwavering dedication has empowered students to pursue higher education abroad, turning aspirations into reality and helping them take confident strides toward a brighter future.
